Roof leak repairs

Water through the ceiling or staining in the loft usually traces back to a slipped tile, a failed valley, or worn felt. We lift the covering, find the path, and close it up.

Tile and slate repairs

Broken, cracked or missing tiles and slates. We match what is already on the roof where we can, re-fix the surrounding course, and check the battens underneath.

Ridge repairs

Loose or cracked ridge tiles along the apex. Old mortar is cut out, tiles are re-bedded, and the line is pointed so it sits tight against the weather.

Lead at chimneys, abutments and upstands. If the flashing has lifted or split, water tracks down the brickwork. We dress new lead so it sheds into the tiles.
